I am the Managing Member of Mr. Block's Computer Repair, LLC. I have been "Makin' Computers Happy" since 1996. I opened my business in 2006. I am an ambitious person that loves to help people to be better with computers. My customers get more than just repairs from me, they get my commitment to make their lives better when it comes to IT issues they have to face. I am well versed in the Home, the Home Office and the Small Business environments of my customers. Satisfied customers are repeat customers, and this is very important to me, as the Managing Member.. I provide customized services based on the customers needs.

- I have been working directly on and with computers and computer systems since 1996.
- I have been performing maintenance on my own computers since I purchased my first computer in 1992; Windows 3.11: Windows for Workgroups, was my first Microsoft Windows Operating System.
- I have been building and maintaining Ethernet computer networks since 1999. Wireless networks are new by comparison, but I have been working with wireless networking since 2004.
- Mr. Block has developed a solution to keep the personal computer user one step ahead of the hackers and hijackers.
